What contract term do you offer?
We can offer any term periods, whether you need holiday / sick cover, or you need to fill a busy period in your business.
Can you work remotely?
Yes, most of our subcontract work is completely remote from our secure office in Chesterfield. We also have secure remote working procedures in place to protect your project information and can work on-site if required.
Do you only work on large projects?
No. We support projects of all sizes, from small drawing packages and modelling taks to long-term support across multiple developments. We have provided support for small scale school IR buildings, to large airport redevelopments, Car parks and logistic facilities.
How do you price subcontract work?
We can offer fixed-fee quotations where the scope is clearly defined or provide support on an agreed hourly or daily rate, depending on your project requirements.
Can you meet tight project deadlines?
Yes, we can work to tight project deadlines. We have a history of delivering successful projects in the time allocated.
Can you support structural practices anywhere in the UK?
Yes, we can support practices all over the UK, however, for further out projects we would require remote working to be an option.
