Once planning approval has been secured, we prepare a comprehensive Building Regulations package. These detailed technical drawings and specifications provide contractors with the information they need to construct your project safely, accurately and in compliance with current Building Regulations.

We'll submit your Building Control application and liaise with the appointed Building Control Body throughout the construction phase. As work progresses, we'll remain available to answer technical queries, provide additional details where required, and assist both you and your contractor until the project receives final sign-off.
