The ground floor will remain predominantly untouched and will continue to be used as a market and various shops, as this is a part of the local community.

The design includes an extension and alterations to the rear of the property at first and second floor to create 9 new flats. Alterations will also be made to the front of the property which include change of use to the first floor and the addition of a rear facing box dormer to the roof to create an additional flat. In Total we are creating 12 new flats.

There will be minor alterations to the ground floor which will include the addition of a Bin Store and Cycle store.

Due to the conservation area, the heritage appearance of the building is to be maintained in keeping with the surrounding buildings.
