Holywell is a 3-storey building that consists of retail units on the ground floor, residential flats on the 1st and 2nd floors, and storerooms to the rear.

Our team’s proposal was to split the retail units into 3 generous-sized units, extending the rear to create 3 muse cottages.

In addition, we decided to alter the 1st and 2nd floors to form 3 residential flats. We redesigned the rear to accommodate a bin store and parking spaces. In addition to these, we designed a heritage shopfront that complemented the longstanding Grade II property.
