Located within a designated Conservation Area, the project required a sensitive design approach to ensure the proposed garage complemented both the existing dwelling and the wider character of the surrounding area.

Particular consideration was given to the scale, proportions, materials and positioning of the building to create a structure that integrates naturally within its setting.

The proposed double garage has been designed to provide practical accommodation for vehicle storage and ancillary domestic use whilst maintaining a high standard of architectural design.

Careful attention was given to local planning policy and heritage considerations to ensure the development preserves and enhances the character and appearance of the Conservation Area.

MJB Technical Services prepared the architectural design package and successfully secured planning permission for the development.

The project is currently progressing towards construction.
