The project involved securing planning permission for the demolition of an existing dwelling and associated outbuildings, followed by the design and construction of a replacement detached dwelling with 4 car garage.

The scheme provided the opportunity to create a bespoke home tailored to the client's requirements whilst making the most of the site's rural setting and surrounding views.

Careful consideration was given to the scale, appearance and positioning of the proposed dwelling to ensure it complemented the local landscape and character of the area.

The design incorporated modern living spaces, improved energy efficiency and contemporary construction methods, creating a high-quality new build home that successfully balanced modern living within its countryside setting.
