MJB Technical Services were appointed to provide a full architectural design service, including planning permission, building regulations compliance and site support for the redevelopment of a residential site in Derbyshire.

The project involved securing planning permission for the demolition of an existing dwelling and associated outbuildings, followed by the design and construction of a replacement detached dwelling with 4 car garage.

The scheme provided the opportunity to create a bespoke home tailored to the client's requirements whilst making the most of the site's rural setting and surrounding views.

Careful consideration was given to the scale, appearance and positioning of the proposed dwelling to ensure it complemented the local landscape and character of the area.

The design incorporated modern living spaces, improved energy efficiency and contemporary construction methods, creating a high-quality New Build Home that successfully balanced modern living within its countryside setting.

MJB Technical Services supported the client and main contractor throughout the entire development process, from the initial concept design through to building regulations approval and final completion on site.

The project has delivered a stunning family home that meets the client's aspirations whilst enhancing the site and its surroundings.

Our clients, together with their loyal four-legged companions, including two dogs and a horse, are now happily settled into their new home.
